ABOUT HEATHER: As a former news journalist turned personal trainer and blogger - Heather knows what its like to juggle a busy life while trying to stay fit. Between running her online fitness business, playing with her toddler, and embracing her second pregnancy - workouts have shifted from long sessions in the gym to quick and efficient routines in the basement. Her favorite workouts include HIIT training, weightlifting and the occasional trail run. Heather is a NASM certified personal trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and holds certifications in pre and post-natal fitness and Ketogenic Dieting. ABOUT VICTORIA: Engineer turned marketer turned yoga instructor and blogger. This first time momma-to-be has found exercise to be a saving grace.
