WHY I LOVE MACROS

Hi my name is Heather and I am a former NPC Bikini Bodybuilder. I fell in love with macros after years of eating the same foods while preparing for competitions. I basically lived off fish, beef, chicken breast, asparagus, oats, and sweet potatoes for 3 years straight. 

When I hung up my heels, I knew there had to be a better way to hit my goals without depriving my body of essential nutrients and tasty foods. That's when I started counting macros. Macros give you so much flexibility in your diet and allow you to eat all of your favorite foods - even pizza (deep dish too!!!)
